LPNH accepts LP Western NH affiliate application

After the Libertarian Party of Western NH Annual Meeting on August 12, 2017 the members submitted an application for affiliation to LP New Hampshire. The LPNH Executive Committee held an email ballot to accept the application, and approved the application 5-0. LP Western NH is now the third recognized affiliate in LPNH, joining LP Seacoast and LP of the Lakes. LP Seacoast was organized in June 2016, the affiliate was given official recognition at the LPNH Business Convention in September 2016. LP of the Lakes was organized and recognized as an affiliate in July 2017.

LP Western NH seeks formal affiliation with LPNH

On August 12, 2017 the Libertarian Party of Western NH (LP Western NH), held its Annual Meeting. During the meeting, the members unanimously voted to amend the bylaws to reduce the number of officers from five to three (eliminating Treasurer & At-Large), and voted to consolidate the region to only include Cheshire County. LPNH Chair, Darryl W. Perry, was re-elected Chair after having been elected to that position at the Organizational Meeting in February. LP Western NH officially organized

On February 18, 2017 the Libertarian Party of Western NH (LP Western NH), covering Cheshire & Sullivan Counties, officially adopted a set of bylaws and elected a Chair & Vice Chair. LPNH Chair, Darryl W. Perry, was elected Chair and is serving until the next LPWNH meeting. Ian Freeman was elected Vice Chair. The positions of Secretary, Treasurer & At Large Rep were left vacant.
